This day tour starts at the Mayawalk office in San Ignacio at 9am. We depart with an hour and a half drive to the first site, Rio Frio Cave where we explore the cavern and its enormous entrance.  Our next stop is at the Rio on Pools where we swim, go rock hopping and enjoy a water massage from cascading waterfalls that run over a wide riverbed of smooth granite rocks.  

We then take a half hour lunch break before proceeding to our next stop, the amazing Big Rock Waterfalls. If time permits, we take a short drive to the famous five Sisters Waterfalls at the Five sisters Lodge. 

We end the day with a swim or an optional cocktail at the bar (drinks not included in package). We then take a scenic 2 hour drive which gets us back to the town of San Ignacio at around 5pm.

Note:  No weight or age limit for this tour.  Must have sufficient mobility and strength to hike and climb.

Things to bring:  Swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, sun glasses, water, snacks, day pack, insect repellant, hiking shoes.

What to wear:  Comfortable clothing that you can hike in.
